Price Setting with Confidence

Nicole Huyghe will run an EPP Research Toolbox on "Price Setting with Confidence". This is a cross industry training, meaning that all industries are welcome! The programme is aimed management teams, as well as marketing, market research, product managers and pricing analysts - in short, anyone who deals with pricing and its associated problems within a company.

During this workshop, you will learn all about how to put the voice of the customer central in product development - of which pricing is a core element, and how to diversify the product portfolio so that several customer segments are reached.

Several research methods will be discussed:

starting with qualitative research
leading into quantitative research methods
covering product development (max diff, conjoint)
pricing (ranging from simple methods like willingness to pay, gabor granger, psm, monadic price testing to conjoint)
market segmentation analysis.

All of these methods will be discussed via a wide variety of B2B real case studies. Plus, special attention will be paid on the specifics links to B2B research (e.g. price knowledge, price discounts, different decision makers, low sample size, ...)
